Jedzenie i picie
 "NIE" można jeść i pić w okresie leczenia nst. produktów:

- Czerwone owoce

- Owoce cytrusowe

- Papryka i pomidory

- Pikantne zioła

- Sos sojowy

- Wieprzowina i marynaty

- Ser

- Cukier (jak najbardziej ograniczyć)

- Kawa

- Alkohol

- Jaja

- Produkty mleczne

Unikać w okresie leczenia: nasłonecznienia, stresu, intensywnych emocji, takich jak gniew, podekscytowanie i wstyd. Unikać ciężkiej pracy i wszystkich form sportu związanej z wysokim poceniem. Również gorące prysznice, łaźnie parowe, wanny z hydromasażem, sauna nie są dozwolone w tym okresie. Unikaj również ekstremalnych temperatur i wahań temperatury, zimna i wiatru.

Pielęgnacja twarzy:
W okresie leczenia otrzymasz produkty. Tylko te produkty powinny być stosowane aby Ci pomóc i osiągnąć optymalny wynik. Inne produkty do pielęgnacji twarzy nie mogą być stosowane w okresie leczenia.

W okresie leczenia skóra powinna nie mieć kontaktu z wodą. Wyjaśnimy jak czyścić skórę w czasie terapii.

Przed leczeniem otrzymasz kompleksowe informacje na temat sposobu leczenia i reguł. Dobry początek jest ważny dla uzyskania maksymalnych wyników.

Avoid during treatment: sun exposure, stress, intense emotions such as anger, excitement and shame. Avoid hard work and all forms of sport associated with high sweating. Also hot showers, steam rooms, hot tubs, sauna are not allowed during this period. Avoid extreme temperatures and fluctuations, cold and wind.

Face care:
During treatment you will receive the products. Only these products should be used to help you and achieve the optimum result. Other face care products can not be used during treatment.
During treatment, the skin should be free from contact with water. We will explain how to clean the skin during therapy.
